I am a dedicated 500 RYT certified yoga teacher who discovered my passion for yoga after moving to the USA several years ago. What began as a physical practice quickly evolved into a profound personal journey. Through yoga, I experienced not only physical transformation but also a shift in perspective that led me to embrace yoga as a way of life—one rooted in awareness, balance, and presence.
Inspired to deepen my knowledge and share the healing benefits of yoga with others, I pursued additional certifications in Science of Deep Stretch, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Nidra, and Chair Yoga. My teaching is grounded in accessibility and compassion, creating a safe and inclusive space where students of all backgrounds and abilities feel supported. My intention is to offer a practice free from limitations—one that encourages students to release what no longer serves them and reconnect with strength, peace, and balance in their lives.
Off the mat, I cherish spending quality time with my family and friends. I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, reading, and unwinding together over a good movie—experiences that continue to inspire me both personally and professionally.
