I have always been an athlete at heart. I grew up as a competitive figure skater, discovered my love for teaching while leading step aerobics classes in college, and spent years as an enthusiastic gym-goer exploring every format imaginable (weight training, pilates, yoga, spin, you name it!). Today, I am a certified Personal Trainer leading small group training sessions. I love creating energizing, approachable, and FUN workouts where participants feel strong, confident and excited to move- wherever they are on their fitness journey! My motto is "You Rest, You Rust" :)
