Tracey Wolfe

Hi, my name is Tracey Wolfe and I have been an A.C .E. certified personal trainer since 1997. I am currently the Activity Director for a 98 bed skilled care facility and for the past 6 years I worked in the same facility as a personal trainer in our small community based fitness center where we primarily cater to a 45+ clientele as well as training some of our more capable residents. Also, for about the last year and a half I have been pursuing my yoga training through Yogafit. I have currently completed levels 1-4, kids and the anatomy and alignment class. I hope to complete my 200 hours by fall in order to obtain my registered yoga teacher status through the Yoga Alliance. Love,Peace and Happiness! Tracey
