Chelsea MacIntyre

Chelsea MacIntyre is a Canadian strength athlete and yoga teacher-in-training with a passion for blending performance, recovery, and nervous system resilience. With a decade of experience in the insurance industry and a deep commitment to health and wellness, Chelsea bridges disciplined training with mindful movement.

She trains in boxing, strength training, and yoga, and is currently completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Chelsea is especially passionate about helping women build strength — physically and mentally — while learning how to recover smarter, breathe better, and manage stress effectively.

Her approach integrates athletic discipline with holistic practices, including breathwork, mobility training, and recovery-focused yoga. She believes that true performance comes not only from intensity, but from balance — training hard while honoring the body’s need for restoration.

As a single mom raising a teen, Chelsea is committed to modeling resilience, emotional awareness, and sustainable ambition. Through her continued education and personal practice, she aims to empower others to train with purpose, move with intention, and cultivate lasting inner strength.
