Nicole Kayo

Nicole's passion for movement started at a young age, when she discovered the magic of dance. From there, she found that fitness could be both fun and empowering, and she's been hooked ever since. Nicole creates a welcoming and inclusive environment where you can feel free to be your unapologetic self.

Outside of the studio, Nicole is an elementary school teacher and youth theatre choreographer. As a teacher, Nicole is constantly inspired by the curiosity and creativity of her students and feels lucky to have a job she truly loves. She also enjoys spending her free time exploring New Hampshire with her two dogs Ace and Nova.

Nicole's classes are all about having fun while inspiring yourself through movement. In her class, you'll feel the beat of the loud music and be swept away by her infectious energy, creating an unforgettable experience that will leave you feeling energized and uplifted.
