I have been teaching all-levels vinyasa for over a decade. I was introduced to heated Vinyasa Yoga in 2011, following a suggestion from my meditation therapist. It was love at first sweat. I quickly connected with the practice’s ability to link breath to movement and the inner peace yoga brought me.

Forever a student, I have over 500 hours of yoga education, including 200hr and 300hr teacher trainings, as well as continued education with world renowned teachers like Jason Crandell. I am constantly inspired by each and every teacher I have the privilege of learning from, whether in a regular class or a continuing education format.

You can expect my classes to be creative, strength building, and purposeful! Each class is intentionally designed to focus on specific areas of the physical body while incorporating a touch of spirituality. With an emphasis on awareness, breath, and a little bit of mantra, I challenge students through a progressive and intelligent flow. Prepare to sweat a little, laugh a little, and perhaps even find an emotional connection to the rhythm of the music.
