As a Certified Barre Instructor, I am passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and balance—both physically and mentally. With a foundation rooted in precise technique and intentional movement, my classes blend elements of ballet-inspired barre, functional strength training, and mindful mobility to create workouts that are both empowering and accessible.
My teaching approach focuses on proper alignment, muscular endurance, and low-impact intensity, making barre an effective workout for all fitness levels. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel challenged, encouraged, and motivated to reach their personal goals.
