Dana is a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher with a 200-hour certification where she
immersed herself in the principles of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, mobility and Sculpt with a strong
belief in the transformative power of yoga, Dana aims to create a welcoming and inclusive
space for students of all levels.
Dana’s classes are characterized by a focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, helping
students cultivate a deeper connection between body and mind. Drawing inspiration from her
own journey to balance both work,family and personal welness. Dana emphasizes the
importance of self-awareness and personal growth through practice.
In addition to teaching yoga, Dana enjoys continuing her education through workshops and
training in areas such as meditation, stretch, pilates and yoga philosophy. When not on the mat,
Dana loves exploring nature, travel, reading, gardening, family and community events.
