I have taught hi/lo aerobics and step aerobics for over 15 years at various fitness clubs, including private aerobics studios, large fitness facilities, and corporate gyms. I added kickboxing and bootcamp classes to my teaching repetoire 9 years ago to add diversity to my teaching abilities. In the last 4 years I have also begun to teach Pilates and have completed the Pilates coursework and practical training through AFAA. I enjoy teaching and motivating others to exercise and become healthier!
