I am a Pilates enthusiast. I started my journey with my own practise that quickly became a journey to teaching myself. I fell in love with the practise and decided to share it with others. I have a background in wellness and fitness, as well. I love to travel the world and explore new cultures. Getting to enjoy my two favourite things really is a dream come true.
