Mike is a Colorado native and the youngest of nine siblings. Growing up, he played a variety of sports but found his initial passion in tennis, which he pursued and played competitively throughout high school and college.
His passion now lies in both pickleball and tennis -- sports he has played, coached, and taught extensively. Mike enjoys leveraging the similarities between tennis and pickleball to enhance his instruction and help players build their skills.
Recognized for his patience and coaching expertise, Mike works with players of all ages and skill levels. Now retired from his career as a high school and middle school principal, he brings his love of teaching to the pickleball court, helping others achieve their goals.
