Donna Keeler

Donna Keeler is a seasoned educator, wellness professional, and former corporate leader with more than 35 years of experience in training, development, and client engagement. Throughout her career, she has been known for her personable, congenial style and her ability to connect meaningfully with individuals and teams.

Donna is the founder of Nutrition Plan For You, LLC, where she has served as a Master Nutrition Therapist since 2013. She works with clients across North America, providing personalized nutrition recommendations based on blood work analysis, detailed food logs, health history, and individual goals. Her approach is practical, evidence-based, and tailored — empowering clients to make sustainable changes that support long-term health and vitality.

In addition to her nutrition practice, Donna teaches yoga and movement classes eight or more times per week. She is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and teaches Vinyasa and Yin formats at multiple local studios. She is also an instructor at a Pilates/Lagree studio, leading stretch and release classes. Her classes emphasize strength, mobility, balance, and meeting students where they are, making movement accessible to a wide range of abilities and life stages.

Before fully transitioning into wellness, Donna spent 34 years with Hunter Douglas, Inc., where she held multiple leadership roles in sales training, learning and development, and retail marketing services. She developed and delivered large-scale training programs to audiences ranging from 25 – 5,000 people across North America, supported retailers in adopting a Salesforce Community CRM system, and led communication and marketing initiatives for national retail programs. Her corporate career sharpened her strengths in leadership, systems thinking, communication, and adult education — skills she now applies directly to her wellness practice.

Donna holds a Master’s in Nutrition Therapy from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Wyoming. She maintains multiple yoga certifications, including 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training to support Vinyasa, Yin, hot yoga and anatomy training. She maintains First Aid and CPR certification.

Blending decades of professional training expertise with compassionate, individualized wellness guidance, Donna is deeply committed to helping clients feel stronger, more energized, and confident in their health journey. Whether analyzing nutrition plans or guiding a yoga class, she brings warmth, clarity, and genuine care to every interaction.
