I’m an interior designer by profession, and about seven years ago I found my way to yoga through a shift in how I wanted to move my body. After years of CrossFit and running, I was looking for something that still felt strong and challenging, but more sustainable—and yoga quickly became that place for me.
What started as a complement to my workouts turned into something I genuinely loved. Yoga gave me strength, mobility, and focus without the wear and tear, and it helped me reconnect to movement in a more intentional way. Over time, my practice deepened enough that I felt called to teach.
I’m a certified instructor with CorePower Yoga, where I teach both Yoga Sculpt and Yoga 2, with a particular strength in Sculpt. My classes reflect my own transition into yoga—strong, athletic, and accessible, with clear sequencing and an emphasis on stability, breath, and presence.
My background in design influences how I teach: I’m detail-oriented, aware of space and flow, and thoughtful about how people experience a room and a class. I value structure, clarity, and creating an environment where students feel supported and grounded.
Yoga has become an essential part of how I move, work, and travel. Teaching in a destination setting feels like a natural extension of my own journey in sharing a practice that’s strong, steady, and grounding in places that invite people to slow down, explore, and reconnect.
