Jen is a dedicated fitness professional with a passion for movement, motivation, and building meaningful connections through wellness. She has enjoyed taking group fitness and Zumba classes for over 20 years. She is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and licensed Zumba instructor. Jen loves the opportunity to work with a diverse range of participants and fitness levels.
With more than a decade of personal commitment to health and fitness, Jen brings firsthand experience, empathy, and enthusiasm to every class she teaches. She thrives on helping participants reach their fitness goals, discover their confidence, and experience the joy of movement. Beyond the workouts themselves, Jen values the community aspect of group fitness and is known for creating an encouraging, energetic, and inclusive environment.
Outside of group fitness and Zumba classes, Jen loves to read, hike, and travel with her husband Stephen.
