Kristin Zuckerman, E-RYT 200, YACEP
Yoga has been part of my life for over 22 years. My first class was taken with my mother while on vacation at a hotel, an experience that stayed with me and ultimately shaped the path I chose. It would feel full circle to now offer that same sense of grounding and connection in a hospitality setting.
Today, I guide group and private practice rooted in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative traditions, with an emphasis on breathwork, meditation, and mindful awareness. My classes are steady and intentional, designed to feel grounding, spacious, and quietly restorative, whether offered at sunrise, sunset, or as a mid-day reset. I believe yoga should be both joyful and welcoming, a space where people can arrive exactly as they are and enjoy the practice without pressure.
I completed my 200-hour certification in 2010 through Kanyakumari Ayurveda & Yoga Wellness Center and am registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200 and YACEP. I hold a degree in Philosophy with minors in Psychology and Spanish. When I am not traveling, I teach high school Spanish, and I value bringing my experience as an educator onto the mat, creating thoughtfully structured classes that are clear, accessible, and attuned to how people learn and integrate practice. Time spent living and studying mindfulness within Buddhist traditions in Japan, Thailand, Nepal, and Laos continues to inform the contemplative lens I bring to meditation and breath-centered work.
For much of my career, I focused on adult Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative classes in studio and educational settings. In recent years, I have also enjoyed expanding into children’s and family programming, offering well-structured, engaging sessions that introduce mindfulness early and naturally. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable leading sessions in either language.
