Hi, I’m Karen — a Holistic Health Coach (since 2012) and Certified Yoga Instructor (since 2016), and the founder of Wellegant Woman.
My work was born out of my own midlife reinvention.
In 2017, after ending a 24-year marriage, raising two teenagers, and navigating the rollercoaster of perimenopause, my body and life felt completely unfamiliar. Despite being fit and active, I was struggling with insomnia, anxiety, fatigue, and weight fluctuations — and what had always “worked” before no longer did.
I refused to settle.
Drawing on my training in holistic health and yoga, I immersed myself in learning everything I could about hormones, nervous system regulation, strength, nourishment, and mindset. I rebuilt my wellness from the inside out — with simple, consistent, sustainable practices that honored my changing body.
The result? More vitality, clarity, balance, and joy than I’d felt in decades.
Today, I help men and women in midlife to do the same — supporting their bodies through hormonal shifts while cultivating elegance, confidence, and ease. Because midlife isn’t a decline.
It’s an invitation to rise.
