I have committed myself to building a healthy relationship between the body, the mind and the breath. I focus on growth of the physical and spiritual self, by bringing a sense of playfulness, inspiration and kindness to class. I encourage my students to take their practice seriously but themselves lightly, as transformation is found in our imperfections and the unknown. I aspire to offer a class where all students may discover a practice that becomes their personal prayer for perseverance, peace, love and strength, for the entire body. I am truly humbled and honored to share my journey with others in discovering this path of yoga, connection, love, and self-transformation.
