Kortlyn Shoemaker

Hi, I’m Kortlyn, a yoga instructor, esthetician, and lash artist based in Grand Rapids. My work is rooted in helping people feel confident, cared for, and at home in their bodies.

I love creating spaces where people can show up authentically, honoring that who we are can shift day to day depending on how we feel. Whether I am guiding a one on one session, holding space for a group of 20 to 30 students, or teaching children, my intention is always the same: to cultivate connection, curiosity, and kindness.

Travel and yoga both invite us into a sense of wonderment. I value approaching the world and each practice with an open heart and a curious mindset. To me, movement is more than physical. It is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and experience beauty in new ways.

When I am not teaching, you will likely find me painting, crafting, planning my next adventure, or playing with my dog, Beatrix. I am grateful to share space, movement, and meaningful experiences wherever the journey leads.
