Retired Army veteran turned yoga instructor and wellness practitioner.
After decades of service in high-demand environments, I now offer a grounded, breath-centered practice that helps the body shift out of “always on” mode and into strength, balance, and resilience—on and off the mat.
I am a RYS 200–certified instructor through Kootenay Yoga School (Yoga Alliance–registered), with additional training in Mindful Resilience Training (MRT). I lead 2–3 classes per week at a local fitness center, offering thoughtfully paced, breath-centered yoga that supports mobility, balance, and nervous system regulation, and have experience teaching in retreat settings. My classes are accessible to all levels and designed to meet students where they are—whether they’re brand new to yoga, exploring something new on vacation, or returning to their practice.
My classes blend intentional movement, steady pacing, and breath awareness to create an experience that is both calming and empowering. I specialize in helping students unwind tension and reconnect with their breath—supporting a more balanced nervous system and a sense of ease both on and off the mat.
