I’ve always been drawn to yoga as both a personal practice and a shared experience. I love the way yoga offers a quiet return to ourselves while also creating meaningful connection with others. I believe yoga classes can—and should—be taught anywhere: in a studio, at home, in the workplace or outdoors. Wherever we gather, yoga becomes an invitation to slow down, tune in, and practice with community and connection.
In 2025, I graduated from the Awake Minds Yoga Teacher Training (200-HR). I’m currently enrolled in an advanced 300-HR program with an anticipated graduation date of November 2026.
When I’m not on the mat, I enjoy spending time with my family and our mischievous dog, Rondo. You can often find me belly laughing with friends, enjoying the outdoors, singing loudly (and off key) at a concert, or planning my next adventure—usually a road trip.
