Amy Aydoner

My name is Amy Aydoner. Mother of four. I have been a Pilates teacher for almost 9 years now as well as a yoga instructor for a little more than three. I work at lifetime fitness in Burridge Illinois. I work at a Lockport studio named Patriot Pilates. And I also work at a Pilates studio in downtown Lemont called House of Pilates
I’m interested in becoming a fitness instructor, traveling to various locations as I have entered a stage in my life where I can have a little bit more freedom and can explore various locations while continuing my passion of helping others get healthy and fit.

I am a strong believer of doing some sort of movement every day, and with my background in Pilates, chair, fitness, aqua, yoga, and working with various age groups of clients for the last nine years. I find myself very passionate about helping other others even when they’re on vacation. 

I have taken vacation all around the world I have been to Turkey may times.
My husband is from Izmir, Turkiye and I really would love to see more attention to fitness when we travel abroad however, I’m happy to work wherever is needed.
