Hi! I’m Yuki Chan (she/her), a movement instructor from Hong Kong, now based in Toronto, Canada.

My yoga journey began in 2018 as a way to manage stress and stretch my body during my early days as a pastry chef. Whenever life felt overwhelming, yoga became my anchor, offering support in ways I never expected. Over time, it evolved into a profound source of calm, balance, and self-discovery.

After moving to Toronto in 2022, my yoga practice became a guiding force in adapting to a new country and a meaningful way to connect with others. After nearly a decade of personal practice, I pursued my first yoga teacher training in Bali with the intention of deepening my understanding of the practice. In 2024, I took a leap of faith to dive deeper into movement and completed my Contemporary Mat and Reformer Pilates training.

While I love the fluid nature of a Vinyasa yoga practice, I’m equally drawn to the details of alignment, mobility, and functional movement. In my classes, you’ll find a supportive and welcoming space to explore your practice, a harmonious blend of intensity and softness.

I'm currently teaching yoga, mat pilates, reformer and mobility across Toronto, Canada. My goal is to guide students in connecting with their bodies and minds, embracing their unique strengths and imperfections with confidence and curiosity.
