Jo-Anie Moreau is a fitness professional with nearly two decades of experience in physical training, athletic development, and performance coaching. She has been working as a personal trainer since 2007 and has been teaching group fitness classes since 2008, helping individuals of all levels build strength, endurance, and confidence through movement.
Jo-Anie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Intervention, obtained in 2011, which provided her with a strong foundation in exercise science, training methodology, and athlete development. For the past 12 years, she has been working with members of the Canadian Armed Forces, supporting their physical conditioning and operational readiness.
Her background in martial arts has played a significant role in shaping her coaching philosophy. Jo-Anie practiced judo for 15 years and earned her black belt, developing discipline, resilience, and a deep understanding of physical performance.
In addition to strength and conditioning, Jo-Anie has been teaching yoga for the past 12 years, bringing balance to her training approach by integrating mobility, recovery, and mindfulness into physical preparation.
An avid endurance athlete, she has completed multiple half-marathons and one marathon, and she is currently preparing for her first triathlon. She is particularly passionate about strength training and believes in the power of well-structured training programs to enhance both performance and long-term health.
Through her diverse experience in fitness, martial arts, yoga, and endurance sports, Jo-Anie continues to inspire others to challenge themselves, move better, and build lasting strength.
