Dot Voutiritsa is a certified yoga instructor and strength-focused movement teacher who loves helping women feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies. With over a decade of teaching experience, she brings a thoughtful blend of yoga, functional strength, and encouragement to every class she leads.
Dot is the creator of Yoga & Strength Fusion™, a signature class that pairs intentional yoga sequencing with bodyweight, resistance bands, and light dumbbells to build strength, mobility, and confidence. Her classes are known for being welcoming, supportive, and just the right amount of challenging—where women can show up as they are, work hard, and leave feeling energized.
Outside the studio, Dot works as a chef and believes wellness is about nourishing people from the inside out. Whether through movement or food, her passion is helping others feel stronger, more connected, and supported in their everyday lives.
