Melody Simpson

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years and became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) in 2012. My teaching is influenced by Iyengar yoga, so I love helping people find good alignment and simple modifications that allow every body to experience the benefits of the poses.

I believe yoga should be accessible, uplifting, and even a little fun. One of my favorite compliments from a student was, “That was the first yoga class I’ve ever laughed in.” My classes blend mindful movement, breath awareness, and a heart-centered approach that helps people relax, reconnect, and feel more present.

I’m a lifelong student of meditation and personal growth and enjoy sharing practices that help us connect more deeply with ourselves and the present moment. I also love travel and was deeply inspired by attending the Bali Spirit Festival, where I practiced yoga and meditation with teachers from around the world.

I love creating a welcoming space where students of all levels can enjoy movement, breath, and a moment of connection with themselves. My intention is simple: that you leave class feeling stronger, calmer, and with a gentle smile on your face.
