Alexandra Rush

My name is Alex Rush, and I was born in August of 1996 in Ontario, Canada. I grew up in Ontario doing Girl Guides and music lessons. After I finished public school I traveled South America and went to university. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2018. In 2019 I moved to the east coast, where I currently live. I began my fitness journey in high school, with a friend introducing me to Shaun T's INSANITY. Ever since I have been in love with fitness. During the COVID pandemic I discovered yoga. I have been practicing yoga for 5 years, and I look forward to my yoga practice everyday.
