I’m a certified personal trainer with 15 years of experience working with a wide range of clients—from athletes and CEOs to seniors and everyday gym-goers who simply want to feel strong and stay healthy.
After becoming a mom myself, my passion for fitness expanded into pre- and postnatal training. I’m deeply committed to helping women stay strong throughout pregnancy and recover confidently after birth. My goal is to support moms in rebuilding their strength, restoring their core, and feeling empowered in their bodies during every stage of motherhood.
