With a background as a competive gymnast, my fitness journey has always been rooted in strength, discipline, and atheltic movement. I began my Yoga jouney many years ago during my young gymnastics career but in my mid 20's is when I really started making Yoga apart of my daily life and found a powerful connection between movement, breath and mental clarity. It quickly became one of the most meaningful practices for both my body and soul. I later began training with Oxygen Yoga & Fitness on the west coast of Canada in 2015 and completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 with Breathing Space Yoga Studio. My passion is helping people show up for themselves. In every class, I aim to create a space where students feel challenged, empowered, and connected to both their strengths and their breath. By blending yoga & fusion / fitness classes style together my classes build strength, improve mobility, and encourage students to move with confidence both in the studio and beyond. You'll leave sweaty, stronger, grounded, and proud.
