I have been rooted in the fitness industry since the 1990s, when I first stepped into teaching through Jazzercise during my college years. From there, my passion expanded into step aerobics, personal training, weightlifting, bodybuilding, and fitness competitions—disciplines that shaped my early journey and taught me the power of dedication, structure, and physical transformation.

As the years passed, my relationship with fitness evolved from an external pursuit into a deeply internal one. What once centered on aesthetics and performance has grown into a holistic practice grounded in presence, gratitude, and connection. I’ve taken my classes outdoors, embracing Mother Earth as a partner in movement. I now teach boot camps, circuit-style training, traditional aerobics, and water aerobics, blending strength and conditioning with mindful awareness.

My approach weaves together physical fitness with spiritual and restorative elements. I love guiding students into deeper wellness through somatic release, intentional slowing down, breathwork, grounding practices, and moments of gratitude for the body that carries us. Sound bowls occasionally make their way into my sessions, adding vibrational healing to the experience, while I still honor my roots with higher-impact formats when they serve the group.

Today, my mission is to create a fully customizable, heart-centered fitness and wellness experience—one that honors the land beneath us, the bodies that support us, and the higher power that anchors us. My classes are a blend of movement, mindfulness, and meaning, designed to help others feel strong, connected, and deeply restored.
