Having participated in sports since early childhood, he developed a passion for helping others build strength, confidence, and resilience through movement.

Myles specializes in leading engaging, beginner-friendly workouts that combine strength training, core work, mobility, and conditioning. His sessions focus on simple, effective movements that help participants feel stronger while still keeping workouts fun, supportive, and accessible for all fitness levels.

Known for his positive coaching style and ability to connect with participants, Myles creates an encouraging environment where guests feel comfortable challenging themselves and celebrating progress. His goal is for every participant to leave a session feeling energized, accomplished, and excited to move again.
