Hey there! I'm Jeslyn!

I've been teaching fitness classes since April 2025 and I am an ACE certified group fitness instructor. I’ve always had a passion for staying active. Being able to create a fun, motivating class where we can grow stronger together, both physically and mentally, makes me so happy! 

Outside of teaching, you'll find me spending time with my family and pets, cheering on my kiddo at sporting events, running, kayaking, reading, paddle boarding, yoga, mountain biking, camping, hiking,  maybe another hobby from my long list of hobbies (this list could be really long if I didn't stop it here!
