My name is Ella Behnke and I am a Dallas-based fitness instructor passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and balance through movement. I specialize in high-energy sculpt and Pilates-inspired classes that combine strength training, functional movement, and music-driven cardio to create an empowering workout experience.

 

With a background in teaching group fitness and a love for motivating others, I focus on creating classes that are both challenging and accessible. My style blends athletic strength work with mindful movement, encouraging participants to push their limits while staying connected to their bodies.

 

Outside the studio, I work in sales and enjoy bringing the same energy, discipline, and positivity from fitness into every aspect of my life. I love connecting with people through wellness, travel, and community and am excited about the opportunity to teach and inspire guests through the Fit Bodies program.
