Fitness isn’t just something I do—it’s a way of life. As a certified fitness professional with over 20 years of experience, I am passionate about helping people move, grow stronger, and feel their best. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of teaching a wide variety of classes including step, hip hop, strength training, kickboxing, and cardio blast.
I am also a certified personal trainer and spin instructor, and I am currently expanding my practice by working toward my yoga certification. My goal is to continue evolving as an instructor while offering well-rounded fitness experiences that challenge and inspire people at every level.
My classes are known for their high energy, positive atmosphere, and supportive environment. I believe fitness should be motivating, empowering, and adaptable to every individual. I take pride in understanding each person’s unique needs and limits while encouraging them to push beyond what they thought was possible.
Outside the studio, I have a love for travel and adventure, and I bring that same enthusiasm and passion into every class I teach. After more than two decades in the fitness industry, I’m still just as excited to help others discover the strength, confidence, and joy that movement can bring.
