Jordan is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) who creates intentional spaces for people to slow down, reconnect, and come home to themselves. With a background in mental health, her teaching is rooted in mindfulness, emotional awareness, and compassionate self-inquiry.
Her classes blend breathwork, gentle strength, and deep stretch, inviting students to explore both physical and inner balance. Jordan believes yoga is more than movement. It is a practice of self-trust, presence, and softening into who you are becoming.
