Rusty Parker

Hi!  I'm a 500 hour yoga teacher.  I have taught over 1000 classes, both in the studio setting and at various outside events.  I have taught groups of business professionals, am staff yoga teacher at Atlantic Park here in Virginia Beach (Pharrell Williams' wave pool venue) and teach yoga and meditation to local low-income high school athletes.   I have a BA in English from San Diego State as well as a teaching credential, am a full-time finanical professional in the mortgage industry, and currently teach yoga classes at HotHouse Yoga in Virginia Beach.  I'm proficient in both Vinyassa flow and Bikrim-style Niyata for all levels.  I am a lifelong surfer, speak passable Spanish, and am well-travelled through Mexico and Central America.  Please contact me with any questions you may have.
