In addition to teaching yoga, I am a registered nurse at a large academic medical center. My background in healthcare informs my approach to teaching, with an emphasis on safety, body awareness, and supporting overall well-being.
Outside of work, I live on a small farm where I care for chickens, goats, dogs, and cats. I spend much of my free time outdoors in my garden, and I love traveling and exploring new cultures. These experiences inspire my teaching and help me bring a sense of balance, curiosity, and connection into each class.
