I am a certified yoga instructor whose practice began in 2012 as a journey of self-discovery, balance, and intentional living. I received my certification in June 2021 and am currently continuing my training toward a 400-hour certification, deepening my knowledge and expanding my teaching practice.
My approach to yoga is mindful and accessible, rooted in the belief that yoga is not a one-size-fits-all experience. I offer classes that focus on mobility, strength, and mental clarity, while encouraging students to move in ways that feel authentic and supportive to their individual bodies.
I have also completed Fundamentals of Nutrition courses through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, graduating with a GPA of 88%, which further informs my holistic approach to wellness.
With a strong connection to wellness as a lifestyle, I integrate elements of breathwork, presence, and grounding into my sessions. My teaching style is inclusive, intuitive, and community-centered, creating a space where students can feel safe, empowered, and connected.
I am passionate about guiding others toward a more balanced and intentional way of living, both on and off the mat, and I value creating meaningful experiences for diverse communities around the world.
