I am a yoga teacher, breathwork and wellbeing coach, creating calm, restorative spaces where people can step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with themselves.

My approach blends mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle coaching practices to support both the body and mind. I focus on helping people slow down, release tension, and find a sense of balance that feels natural and sustainable.

I don’t believe yoga is about flexibility or getting things “right.” If you can breathe, you can do this. My sessions are designed to feel accessible, supportive, and quietly transformative, whatever your starting point.

Alongside yoga and breathwork, I draw on my training in nervous system regulation, NLP, and Reiki. This allows me to create experiences that go beyond the physical, supporting emotional reset, mental clarity, and a deeper sense of connection.

I bring a calm, grounded presence to every session, whether that’s a sunrise practice, an evening wind down, or a more immersive retreat experience. My intention is always the same, to create a space where people feel safe enough to slow down, and supported enough to reconnect with who they truly are.
