Lindsay Wu is a yoga and mindfulness teacher known for her dynamic, breath-driven classes that seamlessly blend strength, fluidity, and intentional stillness. With a background in movement, performance, and facilitation, Lindsay creates experiences that go beyond the physical practice—inviting students to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence.

 

Her teaching weaves together intelligent sequencing, pranayama (breathwork), and elements of meditation to offer classes that are both energizing and grounding. Whether guiding a powerful flow or a slower, introspective practice, Lindsay emphasizes mindful transitions, embodied awareness, and the subtle connection between breath and movement.

 

Originally based in Toronto, Lindsay has taught a wide range of students through studio classes, workshops, and guest lectures. Her approach is inclusive, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that yoga is not about perfection, but about creating space—for curiosity, for challenge, and for self-compassion.
