Hi, I’m Mackenzie, a Canadian currently based in Austin, Texas. I’m a certified Personal Trainer with over 7 years of experience helping clients of all ages and fitness levels build strength, confidence, and consistency. My journey in fitness started early with nearly 15 years in gymnastics and cheerleading, and growing up alongside my brother, a professional tennis player - so I’ve always understood the impact movement can have on the body and mind.
Since becoming certified in 2017, my work has taken me from Australia to Canada and now the U.S., giving me experience adapting workouts to a diverse clientele across different environments. I specialize in creating results-driven, efficient, and enjoyable sessions that meet clients where they’re at - whether that’s fat loss, strength, endurance, or just feeling their best.
I’m passionate about helping clients see the bigger picture of fitness: improved energy, mood, focus, and overall well-being. I bring a combination of technical knowledge, motivation, and empathy that consistently drives results.
