Hi, I’m Tawnia, a seasoned fitness professional with over 20 years of experience and former owner of Mountain Fitness in Collingwood. I’ve built my career around helping people — especially women — feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies through movement.

I teach a wide range of formats including Zumba, spin, bootcamp, Tabata, aqua fitness, and stretch, and I’m known for creating high-energy, welcoming classes that meet people where they’re at while still pushing them to feel their best.

My passion is creating an experience — not just a workout — where participants leave feeling empowered, energized, and supported. I bring strong leadership, adaptability, and a genuine love for connecting with people, making me a great fit for a dynamic resort environment.
