I have been dancing since the age of 4, building a lifelong passion for movement and expression. I spent two years as a professional ballroom dancer and have over 25 years of experience teaching a wide range of styles, including ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop, and Latin dance. In addition to dance, I have taught yoga and yin yoga, as well as stretch, Pilates, and strength training classes. My work reflects a deep commitment to helping others connect with their bodies, build strength, and move with confidence.
