Juliann Lang

Julie is a passionate yoga instructor and fitness professional with a lifelong dedication to movement, performance, and wellness. A former Division II collegiate swimmer at California University of Pennsylvania, she developed a strong foundation in discipline, endurance, and body awareness that continues to influence her teaching today.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and began her career in the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer in Miami, Florida, where she worked at Equinox. There, she cultivated her ability to design dynamic, results-driven workouts while building meaningful connections with clients.

In 2023, Julie earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and has since been teaching vinyasa-style yoga, blending breath, strength, and flow into accessible, energizing classes. She later expanded her expertise by becoming Yoga Sculpt certified through CorePower Yoga, and has been teaching high-energy Yoga Sculpt classes in Denver over the past year.

Julie’s teaching style is upbeat, empowering, and rooted in both athletic performance and mindful movement. She is passionate about helping students build strength, confidence, and balance—both on and off the mat.

When she’s not teaching, Julie loves to travel, explore new places, and share her passion for fitness with diverse communities around the world.
