Elle Hernandez is a yoga and meditation teacher, writer, and studio owner with over a decade of experience teaching across a wide range of styles, levels, and environments.

She is the founder of Namaskar Yoga Studio in British Columbia, Canada, and is known for her ability to meet students exactly where they are — whether that’s a gentle, restorative class, a steady flow, or a deeply grounding yin practice.

Elle’s work is rooted in her study and writing on the nervous system, bringing a practical, modern understanding to traditional yoga. Her teaching is adaptive, responsive, and designed for real people with different bodies, experiences, and needs.
