I am a CanFitPro Group Fitness certified instructor with over 25 years of experience teaching group fitness classes at GoodLife. I am passionate about helping people stay active, build strength, and feel confident in their workouts. I teach a variety of formats including Pilates, yoga, BodyPump, and BodyStep, and I enjoy working with participants of all fitness levels. My classes focus on proper form, motivation, and creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported.
