Danielle Appleby is a dedicated yoga instructor and wellness leader with over 25 years of personal practice and a decade of deep, intentional study. She currently teaches multiple classes weekly across several studio locations, in addition to private and small group sessions, and is passionate about helping students build strength, balance, and mindfulness through consistent practice.
As a certified Modo Yoga instructor, Danielle teaches Modo, Zen Series, Hatha, and Restorative yoga, creating inclusive, thoughtfully structured classes for students of all levels. Her teaching emphasizes the connection between breath and movement, with clear instruction, accessible modifications, and a calm, encouraging presence that allows each student to feel supported and confident.
Danielle brings a warm, engaging energy to every class and thrives in community-focused environments. She is known for her ability to quickly connect with students, foster a welcoming atmosphere, and create meaningful, memorable experiences—whether in a studio or in a travel-based setting. Outside of teaching, Danielle enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, walking her dog, and connecting with family and friends. She brings this balanced and grounded lifestyle into her teaching, inspiring others to carry the benefits of their practice beyond the mat.
