I'm a certified fitness + lifestyle coach with a passion for helping men+women build strong, confident, and sustainable physiques by improving their everyday habits. My coaching style blends strength training, functional movement, and wellness programming designed to create lean muscle, a strong core, and overall balance - both physically and mentally. 

 

With experience coaching both lifestyle clients and competitive athletes, nutrition coaching, and 7 years as a Registered Massage Therapist, I bring a results-driven yet supportive approach to every class I teach. My background includes designing progressive training programs, leading high-energy group sessions, teaching community youth dance classes (Edmonton Community Dance), leading Barre fitness workshops, Yoga Anatomy for Body Builders, and helping clients break through plateaus while maintaining a healthy relationship with fitness. 

I specialize in creating positive movement that facilitates functionality and fun for all ages! Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time, participating in your first dance-movement class, or a long-time fitness lover, my goal is to create an empowering environment where you feel challenged, supported, and confident.
