Myra Bost is a certified group fitness instructor and a 200-hour registered yoga teacher through YogaRenew, also trained in YogaFit methodologies. Her journey in the fitness world began remarkably early—she started teaching group exercise classes, including step aerobics, BodyPump, aqua and spinning, at just 14 years old. Since then, Myra has spent decades inspiring others through movement, community, and the belief that fitness should be empowering and accessible to every body.
Born and raised in Michigan and now based in Battle Creek, Myra blends strength, mindfulness, and athletic energy in her teaching. Her yoga classes emphasize thoughtful sequencing, purposeful breathwork, and whole-person wellness, helping students build confidence, mobility, and mental clarity both on and off the mat.
Outside the studio, Myra loves road-tripping and exploring new places with her teenage son, golfing, spending time outdoors, and discovering new fitness and wellness experiences. A fun fact: she is also a business and marketing educator and DECA advisor, integrating mindfulness and movement into leadership training for students and championing the belief that wellness fuels resilience, focus, and growth.
