Victoria has been sharing yoga since 2008, guided by a deep respect for the uniqueness of every body and every lived experience. Her journey has included a wide range of yoga and movement training, including a Certificate in Yoga Therapy from Mount Royal University, Calgary, Canada, as well as experience teaching in yoga studios, community spaces, recreation centres, and non-profit organizations. Victoria is also a CanFitPro Group Fitnesss Instructor, Barre, and Spin Instructor. Alongside her work as a yoga and group fitness instructor, Victoria holds a PhD in Creative Writing and is the author of 'Sharing Sadhana,' a book that reflects on yoga as a personal, shared, and evolving practice. In her classes, Victoria creates a calm, welcoming space where students are invited to move at their own pace, honour their own needs, and connect with their bodies.
