Athena Sinclair is a dedicated yoga practitioner with over 20 years of personal practice and a deep belief in yoga as a powerful tool for whole‑person wellbeing. Through years of consistent practice, Athena experienced firsthand the profound benefits of yoga—not only in physical strength, mobility, and balance, but in mental clarity, emotional resilience, and overall quality of life.
As these benefits became undeniable, Athena found herself enthusiastically sharing yoga with others—often asking, “Have you tried yoga?”—regardless of whether someone was seeking relief from physical discomfort, stress, emotional challenges, or simply a deeper connection to themselves. What began as personal passion naturally evolved into a calling to guide and support others on their own journeys.
In 2020, Athena completed a 200‑hour Yoga Teacher Training and became a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT). Her teaching approach is grounded in accessibility, mindfulness, and compassion, with the intention of meeting students exactly where they are. Athena believes yoga is for every body and every stage of life, and she is committed to creating a supportive, inclusive environment where students can explore movement, breath, and stillness as tools for healing and growth.
